Internal Support

The Physics and Astronomy Computing Services group (PACS) provides local account maintenance for Astronomy department resources including, but not limited to: Linux workstations, servers, web pages, databases, and file systems. Visit the IT Support page for details on receiving time-critical help and accessing printers. Self-help information is provided on the PACS Knowledge Base for telecommuting, hardware purchasing, remote hosting, etc. (requires UW NetID sign-in).
